Hello all. I bought on Epay a tv/console record player/ radio. I just want the amp and maybe the tuner section AM FM out of the console section really. Anyone nearby want the tv part/ rest of the unit? here is a link.

If anyone wants to pick it up and extract the amp and tuner I'll pay for the shipping and you can have the rest of the unit. The old guy selling it wants to get rid of it as a whole. I dunno, maybe he doesn't know how to take the amp out, maybe he is just being stubborn and there is some principle involved here I don't know about. Anyway he is being a pain to me. I'm asking if anyone in the area over that way can help a fellow AKer out? I'd much appreciate it and you can have the rest of the unit.

sadly im at the other end of the state, its a little ways outside pittsburgh for anyone near there

I'm at the other end of the state as well...I can't believe there aren't any AKers in Pittsburgh. Have you tried the AK pony express board yet?

Did you find a resolution to you problem yet?

I wish I could help, being in the area, I really feel bad about it, but my hands are tied with my Ford Explorer being down right now until I get it to pass inspection (State Police caught me once, those fines hurt) plus the added junk I would have, Mom would go ape-crazy so I would have to ship the whole thing to you and I don't know the first step of doing that. There has to be other AKer's around here, I'm sure of it, but maybe I can ask around at work for some other ideas, a few of us have pickups.

I cannot promise anything, I wish I could be of more help but I'll ask around at the auto parts store I work at, maybe they can get some ideas.
