Deawoo/RCA TV schematic help

Hi All
Looking for a schematic for an RCA, Deawoo model F19430, chassis CN-001N. Manufactured May 2001. I can't find it in Sam's, is there a CTC # for this set or a Deawoo Sam's equiv? The fuse is open and the regulator IC (MA8630), RCA part # 250920 is shorted between all 7 leads. I'd like to check this out furthur before I replace the IC & maybe have the new part blow again? A schematic would be quite helpfull. There is no NTE # for the IC & MCM has discontinued it. Where can I get one? MCM had it at one time for $14.49 (not too cheap)! Thanks in advance for any help.

I have access to a full set of Thomson CD Service Manuals dating to 2002 - I'll check on Monday and see if I can find your set.

Cheers,

When fuses go to work, they quit!
