Interesting that GE is investing money in this. The company has been busy abandoning its consumer lines for decades now. Consumer electronics & small appliances were sold off in the 80s, the major appliances division is currently for sale; I think I read that the part that sells silicone sealant, etc, is for sale. For GE to get involved in this as a partner, well, they must smell money!
