magnavox help

Well i usually only work on old tube radios and tvs , however my brother gave my a newer tv to fix . Anyhow its a maganavox model number no #25TR12 C 102 . chassis no # 25p606-00aa . Tv is dead, and the fuse is good , as cord good as well . Check fuse and components in that area which seem to be ok . Anyhow after poking around a bit i found R432 burnt open , i do not know the value of it and its toasted and unreadable . I am working without a schematic and probably should order one however i dont want to invest too much into this set . Its from 1995 . Anyone know the value of R432 and does anyone know of this type of issue with this set . Any help would be gladly appreciated .

If the HOT is shorted, there is a small fuse that's soldered to the PC board that's probably open. It does not look like a fuse and is about the size of a diode. I think it's location number is F401.
