"Works!" You'd think they'd noticed it was B&W then. Maybe they're hoping the "no refunds" policy will take care of that little glitch.

When the buyer complains that it has no color, the seller can say "what, no color! It had color here before I listed it. Remember, I have a no refund policy; so, it's yours".

Actually, unless I missed it, I don't see where they said that it works. Maybe they edited the listing?
