I'm not a TV person...But....is there anything you can do when the pict tube's like that?????

Yes, It is a fairly easy fix. It involves removing the material between the picture tube and safety glass.
(looks worse than it is!)

Scored a CTC19 today! It is all there but a little rough. This will have to be a keeper! The good CPT Moody will have to just admire this one. Seems he is attempting to corner the market. hahahaha!

And the worse it looks the easier it should be, i.e. the glue bonding the glass on is shot.

Polarman, I have a wooden cabinet for a CTC19 I'm looking to unload. You can have it for cost of shipping or pick up (I'm in northeast NJ). It would make that set look better.
