Offer this guy something before this set gets gutted!
I think this sylvania has been up here before. Turn it into a bookcase or credenza? NO!
Someone offer him something! Don't let him trash it. http://cgi.ebay.com/Vintage-60s-or-7...3286.m14.l1318

Yes, it's been on there before. Unfortunately, it's too far away from me. Otherwise, I'd make him an offer.

That's exactly like the one I just got except the channel knob layout is different.

I know who needs this-Sampson! He might be close enough; haven't seen him on here in recent weeks.
These sets had first rate cabinets and can be very good performers.

I have a 1969 Sylvania in a French Provincial cabinet. The cabinets are beautiful pieces of work themselves. The sets have wonderful color, picture, and sound.

Oops-didn't realize it was that high! I could have swore they had a lower starting price last time I looked. Yep, I think $20 is more like it.
Ron, the next time I get to Columbus I plan on leaving with a juke-well, that's the plan, anyway!
