Did someone buy this CTC-5 in chicago area?

I searched craigslist and found this mint looking CTC-5 for only $100.00. I asked and it was already gone. I was quite surprized as whenever I find older sets, the ad will be 2 weeks old and the TV is still there. Perhaps someone here grabbed it? Just want to make sure it went to a safe home.

WOW... I hope a collector got it. And this brings a sore spot to surface: I wish Craigslist would allow a nationwide search! I don't really search for TVs except for right here in Ventura and LA Counties on CL, but I do search for Toyota Diesel cars within about a 1000 mile radius of Los Angeles (Make that 1/2 radius... Not many items in the middle of the ocean). I have to search EACH Craigslist separately, and we have about 20 different CL databases in California alone. It's a time-consuming prospect. If this TV happened to be listed in a sub-metro CL, any of you may have searched all around it but not found it.

At least with eBay, you can be very broad in searches.

I spotted that a week ago & called Yoda right away, and he was on the road inside of ten minutes! He told me there wasn't a mark on it! Maybe he'll post pictures when he gets back from the cabin.

I missed it too, but only because they listed it under "furniture". I guess I'll have to expand my searches.
