Advice Needed: Sanyo 14-AZL (14" monitor) repair

I've got one of these that has me really stuck. I've replaced every electrolytic capacitor on the board, checked the epoxy capacitors, checked all the resistors, and still have been unable to cure the thing's vertical deflection jitter. The power supplies to the deflection IC and the sync amp are clean and do not change.

The thing uses a LA1464 deflection IC, and the only data sheet I can find for it is in Japanese. I'm really hoping it's not the IC as these have or are starting to become unobtainium.

Any ideas are appreciated.
