I think this is the correct forum for this.
I have a Sony KV-1215 that I bought new when I was 70salesguy. Last time I checked, it worked fine. Is this considered a nice vintage unit for a "portable"?

Any comments from the knowledgeable collectors?

Yep, this is a collectible set. I had one and sold it. Bought it at an estate sale and it worked nicely. I think these are collectible because they use a heavy metal chassis and quality woodgrain cabinet. The CRTs seem hit or miss though, either they're incredibly strong or just too far gone (IMO). Mine made a nice bright pic. How's yours holding up?
EDIT and OT: 1000 posts at this great forum! Back to topic.... |
