ebay ad

Did anyone notice the "wanted" ad in the vintage tv category on ebay? Some guy wants a "nice clean" royal 500H and is willing to pay $20!!!!!!!!!!
Give it to me for $20 first!
I dont know how familiar you guys are w/ transistor radios, but I can tell you a royal 500H is worth way more than his offer. I just had to laugh!!

Am surprised this Nimrod's brain has enough neuron activity for him to type. Probably doesn't know which end of the crack pipe to tug on either.

I have a feeling.....

That this whole thing, with his wanting a royal 500 for $20( most of the boys in my two radio clubs would pay more than that for a JUNKER!), and the ungodly price on the panasonic tv, and coffee grinder.

Probably, some rich kid, who has nothing better to do, than to toy around with people ,who look for these radios and tv's., since his daddy pays for all of his bills.

I emailed him and said that his offering for $20 is way under what they are worth. Here is what I said, then this is what he responded back:

"Your offer of $20 is much less than what the radio is worth (on ebay!) Just a note"

His responce:

"I KNOW SOME PEOPLE GET THAT AMOUNT, HOWEVER I'VE SEEN THEM IN SECOND HAND STORES FOR AS LITTLE AS @1.99. I KNEW I WOULD GET THESE EMAILS. BUT I KNOW I WILL GET ONE EVENTUALLY. THANKS "

So I guess he should get one for $1.99, maybe MIB for $0.99!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey, just so you guys know, his is "firm" on the $3100 opening bid for his panasonic TV, so I dont think he wants any of us to bid up on it! LOL!! Ebay moron. Jack,I think you hit it on the head on where this guy is comming from.

UGH!!!!!! You guys know how much I HATE eBay people like this. So he expects to pay NOTHING for his items, yet sell the ones he has for an un-godly amount. I love how he posts NO pictures. I'm going to have to hunt on eBay today for more stupidity. Speaking of...... I wonder if that spaz ever sold his RCA 2000?

Wouldn't it be a hoot if someone were to sign up with eBay JUST to bid on idiot's auctions like this?

Learn them a lesson.

Panasonic 1" special sale!!!!!!!

I bought one of those sets at a garage sale for $6.00, of course the battery cover door was missing but I will sell it to this guy for only $1,200.00. He can double his money! This one works, I will include some pics.
Some people are beyond belief, as Jimmy Buffet said, "Double dip on parade".

Eric- Yeah, I saw that it had already been noted on this thread- read it about 6 seconds after I made my post. I'd even sell him my COLOR 1.5" Panasonic for $3100-if he'd pay that !! -Sandy G.

Talking I did it! I found him his Royal for < $20.00

Here have a look,
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...7&category=932

Of course it doesn't work and has a toggle switch where the earphone jack should be. That might make worth more to a REAL COLLECTOR like he must be.
