Hot Fuzz

Never would have guessed by the title that it could be as good a movie as it is. Any one else notice that all of the villagers were played by actors who used to play bad asses.
Timothy Dalton, besides Bond played lot's of bad guys
Edward Woodward, Equalizer
Paul Freeman was French villian Belloq in Raider of the Lost Ark
Billie Whitelaw , Twisted Nerve, Hitchcock's Frenzy
Stuart Wilson, Lethal Weapon 3
and so on.

I really enjoyed this movie, as well. Lots of fun. Same guys that did "Shawn of the Dead", but I think this film was actually better: that's saying something!!

Still love "Shawn of the Dead" better, but this was a fun movie. The fighting at the deli counter was a trip. He is now going to be Scotty in the new Star Trek film, that should be a unique...

Ooh, tough one. I like them both but I think Hot Fuzz wins for me. I didn't know he got the Scotty role. I might have picked McGillion from SG Atlantis for that -
