Beltron question...
What's the difference between the 8080-A, and the 2972-E?
They look very similar: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll....cWAT.m240.lVI http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll....cWAT.m240.lVI |

8080
We have the 8080 and and we don't know the wiring for the universal adapter. We also don't know how to post a new thread on this. Perhaps we can help each other?
Thanks! |

Big Dave and Andy are both right! Some testers made the grids common, but Beltron chose to make the cathodes common, and they all connect to pin 8. The CRTs with a single G1 pin use a different adapter.
