Sharp SX68JS10 power supply IC?

Another roadside find, relatively recent 68cm set. Strangely enough this one is marked "assembled in Australia". I find it hard to believe anyone was still making TVs here in 1998 (though assembled may just mean they screwed the back on here). The switchmode regulator IC (IC700) has blown apart. It's a 7 pin device, probably a Sanken STRS6xxx series. Does anyone know the part number or have a schematic? The various manual vendors claim to have the schematic, but I can't justify the $20 for a set that I'll make little if anything on.

All the associated components check out okay which is strange. Usually when I see such a catastrophic failure it's an indication that the set was hit by a surge which will often take out all the semis and fusible resistors on the primary side of the power supply. I did read various posts elsewhere about the STRS6301s used in various Sony sets failing spontaenously, perhaps this is a similar case.
