I saw this on IFC over the Thanksgiving holidays. It's a documentary about a huge Live Action Roll Playing Game that takes place in the Baltimore area. Basically it is medieval roll playing, but they have different tribes that war with each other. It's got costumes, foam weapons, made up languages & money, etc. With all apologies (not really) to anyone here that participates in Darkon, that is the nerdiest, nerding thing I have ever seen nerds do. I know that many people consider our Vintage Audio hobby nerdy, but Darkon takes it to a completely different level. I highly recommend this movie - it is hillarious. The funny thing is that the movie was made by participants, so it is supported by them.
