Peculiar Quasar "PREDICTA"? color portable

I just put a bid on this little Quasar from the 80s... It has a removable CRT case, with an umbilical cord like the 2-piece Predicta! I don't remember ever seeing one before. Mitsubishi made a 12" B&W "Predicta" style 2-piece set in the 70s, which I have one of someplace.
