video problem with Sony KY27FV16

Hi, I know this is a little OT; but, maybe someone here can help with this newer Sony. It's a 2001 27" WEGA model KV-27FV16 that has a video problem. The picture has "snow" in it and the top of the picture sometimes bends and sometimes the vertical tries to go out of sync. It does the same thing on both the antenna and video inputs. If anyone knows where I can get service information on this set; please let me know. Thanks for your help.

Does anyone want this set or need anything off of it. I just went on a rampage and threw out most of the black and silver crap around here. This one is getting very close to meeting the dumpster. I've got too much vintage junk coming in; so, guess what has to go out the door?
