Ford Mustang TV option

I've seen this set (by itself) bring quite a bit on Bay in the past and couldn't understand why, now it makes some sense.

Well, I guess the idea for those LCD back of seat TV screens has been around a long time! However I don't see how you could get good TV reception while driving...tried it with a regular b/w tv and inverter when I was a kid and the signal would fade in and out so much that it was unwatchable.
