17HP4,17RP4,17KP4, anyone have?

I found a flyback, and a power transformer for my packard bell

According to my old CRT tester, the tube is weak, I am trying to get a second opinion from a TV shop this week.

Just weighing my options before i FULLY commit to restoring this TV.
anyone got one of these #s lying around?

Thanks.
Steve

Keep on checking Ebay. Any R,K and H are really hard to find. You might consider a rebuild from Hawkeye.

I've got a Sylvania 17HP4/17RP4 that you're welcome to, it's in what's left of an NRI TV kit that I picked up years ago. I've not checked it yet but I suspect it's not got a lot of time on it. Where are you located, shipping might get difficult? I've also got a couple of 17AVP4/17ATP4's that I need to find a new home for, one of them has low emission but the other is good. I'm actively trying to reclaim some room in my shop/garage and some of this stuff I'm never going to use.

I'll have to dig it out and bring it to where I can get power to my tester, I've got a Beltron and a very late model Sencor tester, I'll try and let you know this evening.

Steve, I checked the tube with the Beltron it took awhile to wake it from its long sleep but it checked nearly full scale after about 5 minutes. I ran the life test and it holds up well. I suspect it was bought for this NRI kit and from the looks of the chassis and solder work I doubt it ever worked well enough to watch. I'll try to get a shipping quote as soon as I can find a suitable box and make some packing for it, maybe next week or so. I'm in the middle of a big project right now rebuilding the engine in my convertible, Momma wants to do some cruising asap....
