The immortal MM sang a couple of songs in Some Like It Hot, both of them pretty good as I recall.

Joel Grey singing "Wilkommen" from "Cabaret". The best, funniest one I got is Jack Webb singing/croaking out "Try a Little Tenderness". Enrico Caruso, he ain't.

Elvis. He was a big movie star for awhile, indeed perhaps the biggest all around star ever.
Which brings Sinatra to mind, he was a very good actor. And don't forget Dean Martin and Ricky Nelson in Rio Bravo. Ken Curtis who was in many western pictures including The Searchers sang in the Sons of the Pioneers. He can be seen singing in John Ford's Rio Grande including a Dale Evans song "San Antone". "I like my chicken fried with a golden hide, ahhhh-haaaaa, San Antone" |

I think that most of you guys are mistaking 'Actors who Sing' with 'Singers who Act'.

Burt Reynolds has an album- "Ask Me What I Am".
Of course, I own it.

Love Robert Mitchum's Ballad of Thunder Road. Kinda bad-ass.
Dig Eastwood singing "I Talk To The Trees". What was he thinking? Samuel Jackson in Black Snake Moan did an excellent job. Not kinda bad-ass- but straight-up badassssssss... Juliette Lewis. But it's hard for me to think of her doing anything wrong.
