I'm thinking the NTSC/PAL set was probably sold at a U.S. PX in Europe - anybody know for sure?

I had a nice 25" Toshiba given to me in the mid-90s, with front panel buttons to switch between NTSC, PAL & SECAM. I think maybe there were 2 kinds of PAL on the panel? It didn't work, I was totally hopeless to diagnose it so it got tossed. I would guess maybe a late 80s model.
