No, it's a "Toshiba". But there where also versions with "Videocolor" tubes (wasn't "Videocolor" an French company?).

Videocolor was basically the Italian RCA subsidiary for CRT production, it was later sold to Thomson, i think in the late 80s or early 90s

In 1973 they began to make "precision in line" CRTs under both RCA and Videocolor brands...

I've noticed the same thing. However, I heard that the set was copyed from an West-German tv set. On one other hand, I saw an "Toshiba" that look almost like the Telecolor, except for the push-buttons; the tv was in a yard where the sold furniture, and they didn't let me take pics of it.

VERY BAD NEWS: the picture tube (C.R.T.) is worn out... It'll still work on, but it'll not have the beautifoul colours and good image of a better tube. One source for warning the tube where the bad capacitors...
I hope I will be able to get an unsed tube (maybe a "Videocolor" one)

Updates (after so many years).
1) The tv is working condition again. I don't think that the tube is worned out. I've replaced the color decodor (the color decoder and the flyback transformers are classical problems of this set);
2) Have to replace in the future other electronic card (the tv is built like a computer - it haves the suply stuff and the basic card with some cards put into it - except for the tuning stuff, whic is separated), 'cause is a small strip on the base of the screen that dosen't have image, but it haves to things that are moving around;
3) The imagie is very flickering - it wans't too much of a set.
There where some version of this - 4106 and 4507 and unleass one of it had D.I.N. V.C.R. input (the 3007 has only R.F. input);
4) I've cleaned the front of the with sanitary alchool and it's looking brighter now;
5) It wasn't bought on 25 of December 1984, but on 7 th of December 1984;
6) On the "repair" manual of the 3006 (a version of 3007) they are saying there where models that used "R.C.A." picture tubes!!! (never seen one);
7) You can find some images of the 3007 with google. Some people are selling such tvs nowdays. Unfortneley for U.S.A. collectors, the tv is only P.A.L./SECAM and it works at 220 Volts @ 50 Hz.

@ SandyG : I didn't repair the set. A repiar man did it. But I watched a little bit while he did it.
And if you look from the rear to the front of the set, all the electronical cards have the components on the right side... the color decoder haves them on the left, but can be put with them on the right... only thing: the colors won't work right.
And one stupid thing: the dark blue wire is for the red gun and the red? one for the blue gun; the green one is for the green gun. Other sets can have wires of different colors. I'm meaning the 3 wires that are leaving from the video card to the electronic guns.

I have two identical Grundig sets, made for the U.S. market, strictly NTSC.
They were built in Austria and have Toshiba CRT's and protrude past the mask, like the British and European sets.
It's strange that the Japanese sets sold in Europe, weren't made this way.
I don't remember seeing an Australian built set, with this feature.

You mean the ones made in the capital of the country (Riga) - by V.E.F.
Don't know if they made tv sets, but theyr radios where very apreciated. From the ones with tubes to the ones with semiconductors. <<Selena>> radios can be still find in use today.
