Looks like my 1970 Chromacolor, at least the cabinet is the same or almost so. The knobs look newer so I would say Chromacolor II.

It looks to be a 1974 model. probably has the 19CE45 vertical chassis. I don't believe that chassis has the white safety cap. Usually the only thing needed on these sets is cleaning of the module pins, the 10mf/450 cap in the power supply, and a trippler (if its got poor focus and arcing problems.
Great performers when fixed.
