OMG! i won't give him one cent for that piece of junk! 80s Thomson sets were terrible, especially those based on that absurdly complex and unreliable French-engineered F-series chassis with tons of SMD resistors on it...

However, i have a little mid 90s Saba (thomson) "Jim Nature TV" and i love it, it's sooo cool! probably the most interesting 90s TV

That price makes me embarrassed to be from the same state. i think the best course of action is to let him be, he will lose his EPaY fees after he relists it and no one bids on it.

Maybe he'll be one of those that re-list it 25 times before he realizes that no one will buy it. Ebay will just love that!

You know, something about that picture looks familiar-I'm not so sure this hasn't been up before many months ago. Really, just a clueless newbie. Some buddy of his probably told him it would bring a fortune on ebay. Classic mistake: even if you put a thousand dollar reserve on it, start that price under $10!

Not long ago I posted an ad for a chassis that would fit this set for $22pp complete working on this site. Guess what? No one called!

I think I said it was a CTC 157. Still have it screws, speakers and all........anybody???? C'mon, it works!!! Also makes me ashamed too that I'm from Tennessee!

It's possible.

EDIT: Oh surprise surprise! It didn't sell. I wonder if his ridiculously high price, or his feedback score of 0 had anything to do with that...

Don't forget to add Ammes era to the description. That could get you another $500 or so.
