Started searching for small vac tube color Tv sets this week. Was motivated to seek such sets with all the talk on the other thread. rolleyes: I was successful on two occasions! The Zenith was bought for $14.95 and the Penncrest was bought for $3.50. Both are working Tv sets. The penncrest had a bad cord and was repaired in 5 minutes. The Zenith just needed adjusting of the picture.

They take up a lot less room in the house!!!!

I can't see the picture. Only the top 1/4" of it loads.

Sorry I took the Zenith picture with another camera. The picture is too big to send to forum. Here is the Penncrest.

Polarman, all,

If you submit a post and it doesn't work, please save AK bandwidth and user download time by DELETING it. You each have this power. Pictures smaller than the continent of Australia are similarly appreciated. Thank you all for your efforts.

polaraman,

Nice zenith. I had the exact same set a few years ago. It was actually the first set I sold on ebay back in 1998 when I got started. That set was either a 73 or 4 and has the click stop uhf which wasnt standard untill 1975 I think. Cool sets!
