Unfortunantly all three heaters feed off the same two external pins so if one is out that's pretty much the end of it
 You might try tapping on the neck with heater voltage applied. I got one working that way once. Lasted long enough to use for a while then sell at a yard sale  It's still possibly a good bulb for rebuilding.
