I found something like this in my grandma's attic while cleaning. The TV is from 60' Poland doesn't turn on, and I'm thinking about restoring it. Is it even possible? Some advice on how to check?

A lot of things are needed to verify before attempting to power on old devices like that. All electrolytics grants a reforming or a substution, even before powering on. Is good to be sure about the H oscillator tube, and is good to check if CRT have vacuum and emission. In absence of a CRT tester, one can feed th heater of the CRT, and measure if it generates a negative voltage between the K and g1. High heater current than nominal can indicates a very gassy or leaky one, with air, and if heater current is ok, a absence of G1-k voltage (needs to read with a digital DMM) indicates no emission. Normally this achieve 1V or more.
Is good to check the flyback, to see if is destroyed.

If some terms here are strange to you, is good to fing reparator's sites and videos for studying what is needed for accomplishing it. Is possible, but requires a lot of patience and a fair bit of knowledge. And beware the high voltages!
