I have a sony tuner and I listen to my computer audio,cassettes,VHS and 8tracks in Mono..

I have a stereo to mono adapter for my cassettes/8 tracks which merges both channels......

MY VCR is mono and I have a mini transmitter hooked up to listen to my computer stuff and I have a MONO button on my tuner so I just hit it
