Help with Identifying 70s/80s TV

Hello,

I was trying to find the specific model of this older television set that I thought was a Zenith brand but appears to be sold as semi generic model from Sears? So far I have only been able to locate an original Sears Wishbook catalog listing but as typical the ad photo is blurry and they only list purchasing incentives but no model number or specifics... (at least so far as I could see).

Any help identifying the specific model or where other photos of this model could be found would be a great help!

This is most likely a Sanyo built set with Sears branding. I like the metal cabinet.

Definitely not a Zenith, agreed it's Warwick/Sanyo.

Ah I see thank you both, having that knowledge of it being a Sanyo really cleared up the searching right away!

Sears was unique in that they always used a vendor ID as the first part of the item number of anything they sold with their name on it. I remember that 564. was Sanyo, 562. was Toshiba etc. There's probably a complete list somewhere on the web of all Sears prefix IDs.

It appears from two Silvertone Suburbanite's I have, both late 50s 21" BW table models, and these two came from different manufacturers.

Without even so much as opening them, even the materials used appear very different.

Warwick was 528. but was there a 529. for Wells-Gardner? Did W-G only build Airline?

Sears-Roebuck sourcing had a bad practice of negotiating a contract with a manufacturer to build a product and once the firm had set up a line, they wanted them to build it at a lower price.
I understand that the word got around and some firms didn't bid on a Sears contract.
