Look for an HD-SAT520 or (I think) DTV420 model. They are both Zenith-branded HD tuners that perform very well. I still have a '520 here that I bought when I was working in Texas in 2003. It is a combo over-the-air/DirecTV receiver that can be used just fine in OTA-only mode. You used to be able to connect a DirecTV dish to the tuner, even without a subscription, and get free high-quality guide information for the OTA channels, but I have not tried that in years.
