It to bad but you got to do what you got to do. Its a
solid set & good runner but nothing special about it.
IMHO the SS sets to be saved first are the milestone
sets like CTC40 & the space age styled high end sets.
There are also some rare chassii only used for a very
short time in the early SS days. Some probably only
a hand full exist now. Who has an Admiral SS console ?
they had at least 3 major chassis in as many years &
didnt sell many.
We used to donate good working sets to a local charity.
They used to take abt 4 per week. Then the poor folk
wouldnt take them anymore, ran out & bought flat screens
with there welfare money. I must be a sap for
working all those years.
