What is this? (Dreamsbeard edition!)

Never seen this one. Looks like it has presets for channel selection.
The word looks like it says ? color. At bottom R looks like a
GE logo " General (GE) Electric". But I dont remember GE's
with presets. I think they went right to RAT's & skipped the
first step. Dont look like a GE anyhows..........

Theories:
Vintage 1980, has Sanyo look to it. Sanyo used presets late.
Sanyo built house brand sets like Sears/LXI. I believe CM
used Sanyo chassis BUT CM was super rare in E. Mass.
Only saw a few in 40 yrs. So I think its a Sanyo built house
brand 1980 ish 25".
