Bang & Olufsen BeoVision LX2802
Last Saturday I took this beautiful set by a friend. It was built in 1988, and now I put it in my living room, where I had a 28'' Mivar purchased about 10 years ago.
Along with this I have his original stand and the remote control BeoLink 1000, by which I can control the Hi-Fi devices of the same brand This set uses a Philips CRT selected by B & O, and all the electronics was made with the finest components available on the market - this set was very expensive! It is like someone in the 80's saw a Philco Predicta, and decided to copy the general stlying, but make it 80's futureistic instead of 50's futureistic.

That's a bee-a-u-tee !
...classic B/O gets my highest respect, from their linear tracking turntables to their high-end television sets. When I was born in the eighties this was the priciest set available to most people. My father used to say "why are you messing with that vintage stuff? Get a real job so you can afford a nice b&o stereo system !"

but I said "Beautiful! "I am happy for you!" That is one interesting looking set and I'm not into 80's tv sets. I'd love to have one of those. Did they sell them here!?!?
