CTC-4 tuning knob on Ebay

Speaking of knobs, does anyone have a reference that would give part numbers for the many flavors of CTC-11 cabinet? I need a (clear) fine tuning knob for my 11 in a black metal cabinet, and two (clear) knobs for the bottom row of knobs.

Mine was missing its back, so I don't know its model number. Sams lists the model numbers but doesn't describe the cabinet that each belongs to.
