If it has motorcycles in the movie, it has to be good...

Star Trek The Motion Picture.

I actually enjoyed it a lot, I didn't care for it so much the first time I saw.
Hard to believe that was 30 years ago!

The same here. It's not bad the 2nd time around. Once had the first 6 Star Trek movies on laserdisc.

They're on Blu Ray now and that's how I watched this one, it looked and sounded fantastic which probably helped with the enjoyment factor, I think I saw it at the Drive In in 79 and VHS after that.

AKEELAH and the Bee

Surprisingly touching, if predictable.

Saw 'Terminator Salvation' last night.

Started off so well, then got really lame for the last 2/3.

At least Ahnold's cameo was circa 1980 instead of 2003.

Anything directed by Robert Wise can't be all bad.

After scanning through what seemed like 10,000 channels of garbage, I grabbed a VHS full of movies taped off TCM and my wife and I enjoyed 12 Angry Men. This was her first time (she loved it); I guess its about the 6th or 7th time I've watched it. I think I'll go run Anatomy Of A Murder now.
