I sometimes give up on TV's too. With older 19" TV's, if it's not an easy fix, it gets tossed. Older Toshiba's are usually an easy fix. Just replace all the red capacitors.

Heh, people still want 19" TV's? I got 3 of em that are just basiclly sitting around. I fixed all 3 of em.
