Another CTC-5, in Illinois

The red looks a bit weak, but it appears to have the original 21axp22a

I have no affiliation with the selling of this set.

I would love to have it though!

Did it have a reserve the first time around?

it did. I think the seller probably re-listed it with a higher reserve. Seems to happen alot - especially if the seller decides to research what the last crazy bidding war ended up bringing a similar item up to in dollars. The last one of these sets with the original CRT went for over $1100 dollars.

That wouldn't explain why 'eBay' pulled the auction. If the seller canceled it and relisted, the old auction would still be visible. Because it is gone completely, that means eBay pulled it for a violation of some sort.

I'm the high bidder, reserve still not met. Won't be met by me either!

Lookin' and thinkin' - I really want a CRT for my chassis - this wouldn't get me closer to restoring it, except by swapping for the dead CRT.

I noticed this one has "COLOR" on the bezel behind the glass and mine does not. Anyone know if they are all supposed to have that or if some didn't?

Some CTC5 models had the COLOR lettering, some did not.
