Exclamation Lyle Waggoner was almost Batman!

Did you know Lyle Waggoner did a screen test for the 1966 Batman TV series.

Here it is in all it's glory: http://www.livevideo.com/video/335A2...tman-scre.aspx

The horror, the horror...

Robin is a dork.

I see where they took time to get into their *jammies* on way to the Bat-Cave. Lyle Waggoner was lame on the Carol Burnette show too.

Yeah, it is a bit hard to beat Adam West and Burt Ward (I think) in those roles. Waggoner is a bit of a stiff. West has a sense of humor and groovy wit that fit the mid to late 60's very well.

Yeah, but let's face it; he was dumb. Even I noticed that Wonder Woman looked a LOT like Diana Prince.

And they both looked great...!

And what is so terrible that Bruce and Dick were doing on those "supposed fishing trips" of theirs that would be so bad that it would kill Mrs. Cooper?
