Here's what I have on the Sylvania E21 chassis. Sorry for the mess - it's an old DBIII+ database, converted to text, then to Word, then to PDF for posting.

Disclaimer - I've not worked one of these sets in more than 5 years and haven't even looked at the Sams for it.

Hope the tips are useful.
