Found a Wards Airline 19"

Often on these Wards sets the model number will clue you in to the maker. It might include the letters ADM or WGC or GEI. Some I'm not too sure about. Wells-Gardner was in Chicago like Wards was and M-W sold WGC radios and tv sets from the twenties up into the 80s, apparently.

I believe the model prefix is GHJ?

I am not sure Hoffman still made B&W TVs at that late date. They did still make a very expensive color set. I have seen the ad that states that it is the "Most expensive TV ever made". Appearently the color set did not sell well, I have not seen any Hoffman TV ads newer than 1968.

Hoffman is still in business as "Hoffman Video Systems".
