Halloween's approaching- Your top ten scary flicks?
So, fellas, October is approaching.
Got a gal I want to scare the pants off. I want to know your pics for great horror flicks. So far, for my list, I've chosen- 1- Henry- Portrait of a Serial Killer 2- The Omen 3- Salem's Lot 4- Invasion of the Body Snatchers (Donald Sutherland version) 5- The Birds 6- Hellraiser 7- Nightmare on Elm street 8- Friday The 13th 9- Halloween 10- Mrs. Doubtfire (C'mon, that film was so bad, it was downright scary!). Allright, your turn...

Don't get the remake.......

Sadly, besides cool factor for Christine, only a fe Steven King movies made me tense- Cujo, and The Shining. Loved Pet Cemetary, only becausethe Ramones played on the soundtrack in contributions, and Fred Guinn, the original Herman Munster, rocked it. I liked cujo, Christine, and loved The Shining (supposedly King Hated it, though master of film Kubrick directed it). The James Caan/ Cathy Bates "Misery" rocked, maybe the same level as "The Shining". But shows with so much potential, like "The Langoliers", or "IT", which should have been "fill your pants with s#*T" scary, were far from it.

The movie The Shinning is quite a bit different than the book and King did not like the changes. I liked both, the book a little more, excellent read.

You must not have seen the movie ??? It also stars Gary Busey.....
The parts that I think are good are when they are looking for the werewolf in the fog and it starts killing them...as well when the sister goes to the garage and finds the baseball bat and at the end when they are arguing that there are no werewolves and it smashes through the window ..... I think that it was really well put together but we all have different tastes...... Creepshow, and only watch the skit, "The Crate" .......
