I'd say 66, altho could have been sold in the 67 line-up. It's a CTC-24
With the fancy cabinet, it's probably a CTC25, a better chassis. The 24 and 25 used the tuning scheme, where you pushed the channel selector knob to engage the fine tuner gears. The tuners were electronically different from chassis to chassis.
