Console Repair? ( may be off topic )

My apologies to the mod and members if this post is entirely inappropriate, however this seemed the only reasonable forum to ask in.

My father has a small Panasonic music console. No Tv, just an AM/FM/Turntable self contained in a wooden cabinet, two built in speakers. It's been in our family since I was a kid and has a lot of sentimental value..Yes even though it's what it is.

He has mentioned several times that he'd like to get it playable again. The tt is frozen up, probably the belt. Needs a new stylus of course. The controls are full of static, I believe the am/fm is functional but? The cabinet is in pretty good shape overall.

Are there any members on this board that do repair/restoration work on something like this? Or could direct me to someone who does?

Thanks for any replies
