Arrow Question about back panel of RCA FGR2020W ColorTrak 2000

Hello,
I'm a bit of a novice when it comes to these old CRT's. Can someone explain to me what all these do exactly?

This one says " Audio Output Dual Dimension" I'd like to know if I can just connect standard RCA Audio Connectors to it or do I need a special connector?

This is the back panel of RCA FGR2020W / RCA Colortrak 2000
Can someone explain what all these do exactly? A/C Switch due? what adjusting the BIAS and Drive does? Service Switch does?

Thanks for any help.
