69 Zenith 22" B&W metal cabinet

I've never seen a 22" B&W before, I thought there were just 5", 9", 12", 16", 19", and 23" rectangular B&Ws (not counting the tubes with more rounded corners from the 50s). I think at a certain point they started calling the 23" CRTs 22Vs, but this is not one of those. It uses a 22TP4. It's a flatter tube, a much wider deflection angle than the 23" CRTs. 14Z26 chassis, model Z-2213-2

So this worked as found for about an hour, then the horizontal frequency drifted enough that I could no longer compensate with the hold control. At first I thought it was the capacitors across the hold control (they were the tubular type, not ceramics), but swapping them didn't fix it. Then I checked some resistors, and found the problem (circled in the schematic pic below).

I've been running this set for several hours now, and it's been holding up fine. I think I'm just going to blow out all the dust and use it like it is rather than recapping. (It's going to be my new basement watching set.) The electrolytics seem ok, and I've found that those dark red colored tubular caps that are still in this set tend not to go bad like those awful bumblebees (which I always swap out as soon as I see them) or the older paper covered caps.
