impregnated capacitor

Hi All;
In the Parts list for my 630, there is a listing for a few caps.. I know this will sound funny..

there is -- Capacitor Tubular, .001 mfd., 400 volts
and
there is -- Capacitor Tubular, impregnated, .015 mfd., 400 volts

What IS an Impregnated Cap and is there a difference of what I should order for a replacement ??
