I was considering parting this set for the crt for my GE, but I figured, why not plug it in and see what it does first. And it just works - That pic was taken right when I first powered it up. So I'm definitely not parting it out. Probably do the usual recap, cabinet needs some glue cleaned off, fine tuning not working, vol knob missing, yoke cover disintegrating. But I'm really surprised it works this good, it's rare to find a set older than the mid-60s that'll just power up and work.

Actually, now that I look at it the deflection angle is different, I probably couldn't have swapped the CRT into the GE anyway.
