Found a 2006 RCA dead set today

Here in Gallatin, Monday is trash day so Sunday afternoon is the day for junk hunting. My find for today is a 2006 RCA 27V414T deader that a doorknob. turn it on and the red power led flashes 25 times then stays on and nothing happens, no pic no sound no nothing, anyone have any clues what to check for or should i scrap it?
