Need to how to open the service menu on 2002 JVC

I have a 27" 2002 JVC model AV-27D303. I need to know how to get into the service menu to adjust the CRT cutoff and drive controls. I have the original remote for the set. I have a Sams for a '97 JVC; but, the procedure must be different because it didn't work on this one.

I got this set out of the "trash pile" at a local shop. There was originally no green which was caused by two open surface mount resistors on the neck board. After I got the green back, the picture still looked bad due to a very weak tube. The tube was the "bonded yoke" type similar to what's used in RCA sets.

I got a 2000 JVC (bad flyback and shorted HOT) from the same shop today with an excellent tube. This tube is the standard type with removeable yoke. That tube & yoke fit and workes well in the newer JVC; but, the grey scale is not quite what it should be. Any help in getting into the service menu will be appreciated.
