Panasonic CT101 micro color crt tv, please help

I really, badly NEED any and all plastic cabinet parts for this set. 1.5 inch crt, how did they make the holes in the shadow mask? Does it have a shadow mask? If anybody knows where I can get any of the plastic parts I will pay a finders fee, make a donation to any old tv charity. The darn thing works so well it deserves a new cabinet. OK, I'm done now.
